On The Tarmac 2021

An event on a working tarmac at an international air force base brings with it a lot of details, logistics, and uncertainty. From the guest experience touch points to sponsorship recognition throughout the space, we worked with the client to make sure the level of detail that this event normally requires was seen, felt, and fundraised around within a totally new format.

On The Tarmac was heavily managed by the team at Malloy Events and they did an amazing job. They designed the layout, created two stage areas for performances and programming, designed all the florals, created a centralized 4-sided bar, and most importantly worked through hours and hours of logistics to make sure all vendors got in and out in a timely fashion and the actual run of show went smoothly.

This event only happened because of the dream team of vendors that was pulled together. Beth and the team at Fosters Clambake are one of the best partners you can ask to collaborate with. Darci and her team at DARCI Creative helped with all the branding and the run of show. Stressless Events made every guest happy with cocktails all night long. Mike Gould and his team at Christian Party Rental had to work first thing in the morning and late into the night to get all of the rental equipment and barricade on and off the tarmac. United Site Services arrived bright and early with our restroom trailers and they were also amazing to work with.

A very successful event where fundraising goals were met and exceeded, it was a privilege working with everyone to honor veterans and the 20th anniversary of 9/11.
